Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a part to full time Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals in a therapist-owned company. In particular, we are looking for a dynamic, creative and team-oriented OT to be a big part of our Work Injury/Industrial Rehabilitation focused out-patient practice.

Our multi-disciplined team focuses on continual improvements in high quality care of our patients, professional growth, accountability, collaboration and best practices.

You will be involved in the evaluation and treatment of our injured worker population through a variety of means, including work simulation.

Our center serves the communities in the North Seattle, Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace. We are located 4 blocks off Exit 179 on I-5. There is easy access to the clinic and parking is a breeze.

Requirements include experience with work programs such as Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, PCEs, and Ergonomic evaluation. However, we will train the right OTR.

Acute Physical Therapy. We are looking to be joined by a part to full time Physical Therapist, licensed in the state of Washington.

Join our family of professionals in a busy, therapist-owned company. You are a dynamic, creative and team-oriented PT who would like to become an integral part of our acute and orthopedic services. We also provide successful return to work programs so there is diversity in our work. Our reputation in the Pacific NW has been built upon our Work Injury Rehabilitation programs.

BA , Masters, or PhD in Physical Therapy, current WA Physical Therapist License.

The following previous experience would be helpful in this job:

Knowledge of therapy in the acute out-patient setting, evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, and skill with exercise based therapy or sports therapy. ASTYM or manual therapy is a plus, but not a requirement. However, we will train a therapist that would like to learn and grow.

It would be helpful to be organized, have good customer service skills, and possess good writing and documentation ability. A healthy sense of humor will benefit all of us.
