Terry A. Moon, OTR /L
Founding Partner
Ms. Moon has 30 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in various clinical settings of physical rehabilitation. Fifteen years of that experience involves providing a full range of industrial rehabilitation services with a great deal of experience in hand and upper extremity evaluation. Terry is an expert in facilitating a return to work for the injured worker involved in rehabilitation programs such as Work Conditioning and Work Hardening.
Ms. Moon is an expert witness in the field of Work Injury Rehabilitation. She is also a consultant, assisting other health care companies develop and implement Work Injury Rehabilitation programs of their own. Currently, Ms. Moon is the president of Professionals in Worker's Compensation, an inter-disciplinary organization that promotes education in the field of Worker Compensation. Her professional organization affiliations include the American Occupational Therapy Association, Washington Occupational Therapy Association, and the American Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Terry is also a rehabilitation reimbursement specialist and has co-authored publications regarding the Medicare program and Occupational Therapy. As a consultant with The Foto Group, Terry performs medical review for a large Medicare fiscal intermediary, as well as special projects in the rehabilitation field.
Ed Frye, OTR /L

Mr. Frye was the Founder and CEO of Northwest Evaluations for the Injured, Inc., (NEI), from 1987-1995. NEI developed into a 3-clinic industrial rehabilitation business serving the Seattle, Kent, and Bremerton communities. Services offered by NEI included Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Work Hardening, Work Conditioning, Performance-Based Physical Capacity Evaluation, Job Analysis, Job Modification, Job Coaching, Vocational Services (Work Evaluation, Job Station Program), Employer/Employee Ergonomic Training, Multi-Disciplinary Comprehensive Evaluation ( OTR , PT, MD, VRC , and Psychologist.), and Disability Management for employers.
NEI was purchased by Pacific Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Inc. in 1995. Ed then worked for a succession of Rehabilitation Corporations as the manager/coordinator of Industrial Rehabilitation Services. Mr. Frye's primary Occupational Therapy experience has been in Work Injury/Industrial Rehabilitation and Psychology.
Mr. Frye is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Washington Occupational Therapy Association, and Professionals in Workers Compensation. Ed is an active member of Lynnwood Rotary. WorkAble Solutions and Ed also support the South Snohomish Girls and Boys Club, TeenHope, and South Snohomish Chamber of Commerce.
Douglas Uyeda, MPT

Doug has extensive experience in outpatient rehabilitation, chronic pain management and treating orthopedic injuries. Most recently, he worked with several large employers as on onsite ergonomic consultant and physical therapist. He successfully educated employees and employers on proper safety techniques, body mechanics and possible jobsite modifications. From acute care to chronic injuries, he has a very diverse background and has excelled at working on a multitude of very complex and challenging cases.
He enjoys building and fostering relationships with his patients and seeing their improvements. Doug is a current member of the American College of Sports Medicine, The Occupational Injury Rehabilitation Society, The APTA and the US Judo Inc. Sports Medicine Sub-Committee. He has also been a passionate community volunteer for numerous organizations since 1985.
